System Evaluation

  • Inspect existing system for safety and efficiency. Calculate system heating BTU's and air conditioning tonnage for proper size.
  • Yearly cleaning and service on heating and air conditioning systems.

Existing Duct Work

  • Perform static pressure measurements for high efficiency air flow. 
  • Measure individual room air flow (CFM) for air balancing.
  • Install winter and summer return air vents.
  • Duct sealing to stop all air leaks.
